The room had a private bathroom with a bath and shower, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, we found that one feature in the room wasn't to our liking. But hey, that's just our subjective opinion, and others might still find enjoyment in it.

It was centrally located. Besides, mac mac falls is 5 minutes' drive away. The hotel has a good restaurant:)))

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff found my lost ring, which I'll never forget. It suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, parking, a 24-hour reception, dining area, welcome drink. Coming back soon for another trip.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. It reminded me of my grandmother's house, with its beautiful antique furniture and floral patterns. The general areas were also well-maintained and comfortable, especially for us senior folks. The hallways were wide enough for easy navigation, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas where I could rest and relax. Accessibility was also a priority, with no stairs to climb and handrails in the bathrooms. It made my stay feel safe and convenient.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there. Perhaps some help with carrying my luggage or guiding me to my room would have made my vacation even better.

I had an unexpectedly delightful stay at this hidden gem in the heart of a picturesque location. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The cozy rooms were equipped with both a bath and shower, ensuring cleanliness and comfort. I particularly loved the beautiful view of the garden, where I could relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and the facilities, including the swimming pool, were very nice. The homemade pancakes served at breakfast were a delicious treat, accompanied by a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Everything was kept in the best condition, nothing to improve.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the breathtaking view of the beautiful garden. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bath and shower in our room, a welcome addition for relaxation after a long day of exploring. Perfect location, great service, and amazing garden. The hotel was right in the center of the city, close to nice restaurants, and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The garden was fine, better than the pictures, and the pool was perfect for families.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

This guest house is conveniently located close to all the top tourist spots. The clean room had a comfortable bed and bathroom was fantastic. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. It was equipped with all the facilities a hotel should have.

The bathroom Curtin did not provide enough privacy as it was a bit see-through.

The location of the hotel was great, close to amenities and attractions. The garden was well maintained and provided a pleasant environment. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well kept.

The chalet we stayed in had a few issues. The roof was too low in one of the upstairs bedrooms, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

The pool and mountain views were breathtaking, and the lounge had all the comfort I needed, including a sleeper couch for surprise guests. Oh, and did I mention the airport is conveniently close?

Bugs and fumes, what a delightful combination! The thatch roof provided a cozy bug highway to my bed, and the generator's smoke filled the house for a lovely ambiance.

I had the most very nice experience at the guest house. The hosts were so cute and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The breakfast they served was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, and the garden surrounding the guest house was fine. Although I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the garden more, I still had a nice time. I highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting the area.
